Most property management companies charge by a percentage of the rent which can range from 8% to 12%. To keep things simple we charge a flat fee for our property management services of just $175 per month. No management fee applies while your property is vacant.

Procuring a Tenant for Your Investment

Leasing fee to procure tenant is 1/2 of one full months rent.

Screen prospective tenants (credit, professional and personal background checks as warranted)

Arrange showings of your property and accompany prospective tenants

Perform a complete move-in inspection of property
* Property inspections are done by a licensed handyman or contractor, an inspection fee does apply.
