Procuring a Tenant for Your Investment
Finding the right tenant is one of the most important parts of protecting your investment. Our tenant-placement service is designed to professionally market your property, thoroughly screen prospective tenants, and carefully document the condition of your home before occupancy.

Comprehensive Tenant Screening: Screening includes credit, income, rental history, and other applicable background and qualification verification.

In-Person Property Showings — No Self-Showings: Prospective tenants are personally accompanied by a Blue Sapphire Homes representative during property showings. We do not use self-showings or provide prospective tenants with unattended access to your property.

Detailed Move-In Inspection: Prior to tenant occupancy, we complete a comprehensive move-in condition report documenting the interior and exterior of the property with extensive photographs and video.
